Lidija Živković was born in 1976 in Sarajevo. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Department for Interior Design in Belgrade in 2000, and afterwards from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade in 2005, earning the title of a Bachelor of Architecture.

Lidija began her career at KPGT Theatre (1998-2000) as the co-author and mural painter. She got her first teaching engagement as a professional associate on the Decorative Design course at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts. (2004-2005). She began her professional engagement as an architect at Centroprojekt – SPZ (2005-2008). Her professional practice as designer and co-founder continued at A4 studio (2008-2017). Since 2017, she has been employed at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts Vocational Studies as a lecturer on the Interior Design study program, earning the title of a professor of vocational studies at the Belgrade Business and Arts Academy of Applied Studies, Department for Art and Design.

In 2006 she co-wrote the book Medieval Monasteries and Churches of Serbia (with Đurasinović, M; Simonović, M; Smiljanski, J.), published by the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Belgrade. Živković is a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia and the Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia.
